Return Policy

Lulu Dharma will accept items for refund or store credit within 30 days of receiving shipment, excluding initial shipping fees

Item(s) must be returned in new and original condition. You are responsible for return shipping.

All sale items are final and non-returnable.

Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges.

Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value or for store credit.

A Return Authorization # MUST be obtained before returning any item(s). To receive your RA #, please forward the email receipt you received after your purchase to customerservice@luludharma.com. Customers are responsible for choosing their own shipping carrier and any associated shipping costs. For your protection, we recommend sending your returns via a traceable carrier and in a box or well-padded envelope. We are not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged while in transit to us, and any costs associated with this are not covered by us. Please make sure the RA# is written clearly on the outside of the package.  We reserve the right to reject any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above.

GMA FLASH SALES

If you purchased our items on GMA, The View or SS+K and your product is damaged or unsatisfactory you have 15 days from the date of receipt to exchange or return your item. Your item(s) will only be accepted for return or exchange, provided that, it is unused and in its original packaging.  You are responsible for return shipping.

Returns must be post marked within 15 days from the day merchandise is received.  Be sure to request your Return Authorization # in a timely manner in order ensure the package will be received within the window. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above.

Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

WHOLESALE TERMS

We love our customers and are always happy to share our products with new shops!

  1. Minimum Order Value

For first time customers of Lulu Dharma the minimum order value is $500. All orders are processed through our secure e-commerce site. Once customers have reached the $2500 expenditure they can apply for a 30 day net account providing they have completed a credit application form, form can be requested at wholesale@luludharma.com.

  1. How to place order
  • Submit your order via our wholesale portal at www.luludharma.com/wholesale
  • You must be a registered user to view site with wholesale pricing. If you have not yet registered please go to the web site, click on "Create New Account" and follow the prompts and submit your information.
  1. MSRP

Products or goods purchased from Lulu Dharma shall only be sold at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP). In the event the Wholesale Account chooses to place the products or goods for sale at a discount, the Wholesale Account shall not discount the products more than 20% below MSRP. Permission for special sale events beyond the 20% discount by the Wholesale Account must be requested in writing to Lulu Dharma at wholesale@luludharma.com.

All prices are listed in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice.

  1. Returns

Returns must be made in writing directly to Lulu Dharma within 7 days of delivery date quoting invoice number and reasons at wholesale@luludharma.com.  No returns are acceptable without Lulu Dharma’s prior approval and delivery instructions for transport. Shipping will be charged. A store credit refund will be issued for full value of purchase.

  1. Payments

Lulu Dharma accepts credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express) and wire transfer payments.

  1. Shipping

Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. If you would like to use your own shipping account please contact us at wholesale@luludharma.com.

  1. Damages and Defects

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact Lulu Dharma at wholesale@luludharma.com within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.

  1. Delivery Window

Please allow 5-10 business days for shipping from the time of your order was confirmed and paid.  Larger orders may require more time.
